Description

In the portal environment, there is an ADF error message when clicking متابعة الخدمات in the طلب تعديل إذن عمل - عمالة وطنية (video attached)

Steps to reproduce:
1. At the main page, go to طلب تعديل إذن عمل - عمالة وطنية
2. Click متابعة الخدمات
3. Error message appears
