Marriage appointment - officer step

Description
Issue #1:
the drop down menu for do you require to print a marriage card which is a mandatory field is empty and has no values
Issue #2:
Session expiry is 10 minutes and needs to be extended to 2o minutes to give enough time for applicant, mathoun, judge and backoffice officers
Issue #3:
In Comments and Suggestions page, under the attachments required section, change the title to صورة عن شهادة لجنة تنظيم الزواج or صورة عن شهادة الفحص الطبي
Issue #4:
When an officer يعتمد الطلب it should show في انتظار الدفع instead of قيد العمل in the application status column and it should not be under the filter المهام المكتملة untill the applicant pays the fees

Issue #4 part:1:
When an officer يعتمد الطلب it should show في انتظار الدفع instead of قيد العمل in the application status column

and it should not be under the filter المهام المكتملة untill the applicant pays the fees.
it shows tasks assigned to user , once the user finish the task
it will be completed from his side and it will be shown under the filter (المهام المكتملة) , for further information regarding tasks, the user can use (Transactions Inquiry screen)which will retrieve transactions with the more information for each transaction like the (current status and if( it's completed ,under progress , etc )#4 Updated by Safiya Abu musalem over 3 years ago

- done changing titles in utl_attachment_Type table in dev/ uat /production
When an officer يعتمد الطلب it should show في انتظار الدفع instead of قيد العمل in the application status column
- application status has been changed to reflect trans status in trans request table

and it should not be under the filter المهام المكتملة untill the applicant pays the fees.
