Issue #1:
the email address should show the full email address as set by the applicant in Marriage appointment service.
Issue #2 :
The phone number field should show the number in sequential way { the number should start with international code }
issue #1:
the email address show only @ sign instead of the full email address. Observe evidence 1.gif
and now the email address is returned as N/A although i made sure it's value set with correct format

The Phone number set by applicant is invalid

can you please check with the backend team, what are the values of the emails in the database, actually in this form we are just displaying the values from the database
