whatever the value of the selected (Unit) is, if the checkbox (هيئة شؤون القصر؟) is selected then the file unit should be (وحدة شؤون قصر)

Actual Result:

the value of the field (هيئة شؤون القصر؟) does NOT affect the selected file unit !

Description

1.From the portal main screen, navigate to Open file service
2. click submit
3. select (هيئة شؤون القصر؟) checkbox
4. fill all the mandatory fields
5. Click submit
6. obsrve the unit value of the file
