Issue #1:
1.the mandatory fields should marked by red stars
2. the (رقم القرار) field should accept numbers and backslashes only i.e: 235/658

Issue #2:
while the table is empty, then the delete action should be disabled

Issue #3:
once the user clicks OK on the confirmation message then the task should be closed, disappeared and assigned to the next step

Issue #4:
the report should be opened
if the data is NULL, then an empty framed report will be generated and opened
if the data is exist then a filled framed report will be generated and opened

Issue #1:
1. the mandatory fields are not marked as mandatory and not validated so the user can submit without filling them
2. رقم القرار accepts any data type. evidence 38.gif

Issue #2:
the delete action is enabled and once it's clicked an error will be occurred as on evidence 39.gif

Issue #3:
the task will keep opening and once the submit action is clicked again an exception will be occurred evidence 40.gif

ISsue #4:
an empty page will be opened !
