Kindly find the MPM SRS (Foreign labor) V3.2 All Pro to implement "MPMF042 Review Transfer work permits to the government sector request" in PamEmploymentApp.
You can find the SRS in on SVN in EmploymentDocs Folder or in Files Tab of PamProject Group in Teams Application.

it's fixed now,

the problem has happened because the constraint check on the mpm_contract_details before insert new contract
